    Experts participating in the fourth edition of the women's economic forum, which is organized by the East Chamber 2014, under the patronage of Princess Abeer Bint Faisal may at its headquarters on Wednesday and Thursday 27th April 9 and 10 under the slogan (building the future by seeing women) on women's contribution to the Gulf and Arabic in raising the level of women's participation in the economic sector as well as the achievements in economic development and they challenges they found themselves in and have achieved success. Participants discussed challenges facing the development of the economic role of women in the region, discussed the opportunities and potential for contribution by investors and entrepreneurs in the region in the development process as well as a number of major titles that will be discussed is highlighted (the Saudi woman steps into the future) in the presence of more than 600 entrepreneurs, specialists and interested.
    The Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Alwabil said that forum which kicks off with the opening ceremony at 7 p.m. Wednesday, witnessed the participation of her Royal Highness Princess nouf Bint Faisal bin Turki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of tomorrow as a speaker at the opening session of the forum where the title of the meeting and it (economic empowerment) as the actual steps to examine the economic role of women and the needs of business and the ways to remove obstacles to support the overall development process and the participation of women in economic life in order to perform more The effectiveness of women as partners in development. Alwabil pointed out that the Saudi Shura Council member Dr Thoraya Obaid participated in the second meeting of the Forum which discusses a meeting hub (women in economic decision) as seen in the economic participation of women as economic necessity and the achievements made by women in the economic sector, Arabic is also considering legislative and social constraints facing women in economic activity.
    And Her Highness Princess nouf Bint Faisal bin Turki chaired several boards including the Board of Directors ' event and Board member in several companies and departments and associations including lothan Ltd and member of the Board of Directors of the Association women's charity and charitable association for the welfare of orphans and disabled children's Association and participated in a number of activities including Saudi businesswomen's Forum the Italians in Rome and Arabic women's Forum and the future in Beirut also participated in the exhibition of the Council of Arab businesswomen.

    Dr. Thoraya has a long and distinguished career history at the United Nations. The beginning of the economic and Social Commission for Western Asia until she served as Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund, with the rank of Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, and focused in their work to support Governments to develop programs to empower women and develop their capacities as citizens enjoy rights and bear responsibilities.  Dr. THoraya received numerous awards and honors including the order of King Abdul Aziz, first class in honor of the custodian are also included in the list of the 50 most powerful women in the Arab world, published by Forbes magazine, and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in law from the University of the Johns Hopkins University Japan, in recognition of their contribution to the promotion of culture.
